Arizona lodging taxes combine state, county and city rates, and they vary by place. The City of Sedona's own short-term rental FAQ lists 13.325% in Yavapai County and 13.90% in Coconino County (6.9% state and county + 3.5% bed tax + 3.5% city hotel tax). We could not read the Arizona Department of Revenue rate tables (the site blocked automated access), so we publish no figures for Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff or Scottsdale. The calculator below applies Sedona's Coconino County figure only and is for Sedona rental stays; treat its total as a floor.
